This sweet family was sent my way by one of my very first couples from almost a year ago now. Lauren & Matt, your recommendations mean the world to me. Thank you for believing in me and my business. Even though I don't typically offer family sessions, It was the least I could do to return the love. This family? Simply stunning. Melissa & Jared are celebrating two beautiful years of marriage very soon. The love in their new little family makes that warm, golden fall sun, pale in comparison.
Two cuties in blue. Courtney & Richard are a warm, energetic couple I instantly began rooting for the second after we met. They are working hard on their degrees and will graduate in the spring before their June wedding (Brings back memories of my husband and I's own wedding preparation!).
Our session felt like summer, but looked like fall - perfect weather to play in! We romped around under the sunlit fall trees before moving up to the rose garden for that golden-hour sunset glow. These two lovelies among bursts of colorful roses in front of a hazy, pale yellow fall evening sky? YES. PLEASE.
After some fun in the fall leaves, we moved up to the Ritter Park Rose Garden for some romantic, sunset shots!
A cute-as-a-button kindergarten teacher and a hard working nurse - together these two make my heart smile. What a pleasure to photograph such a sweet couple. Jess & Rob are parents to three gorgeous little girls - two of which are twins! I was honored that they gave me an hour of their limited time together! Thanks so much Jess & Rob!
Everything about these two makes my heart overflow! Married over 20 years, Angie and Mike still act like newlyweds! It was a true pleasure to capture their love. These are Leah's parents (from Leah & Evan's wedding in my wedding gallery :) ) Can't you tell where she gets her good looks from?! These images were taken in my favorite location in Huntington, Ritter Park. The roses are a bloomin'!
These two lovelies have such a sweet dynamic! Ginny has an outgoing, sparkling personality that makes her a real people person and who I'm betting makes her an excellent kindergarten teacher! Caleb has a quiet, patient, do-anything-for-her kind of love you see in the movies that makes all the girls gush! We had a great evening gallivanting around the Riviera Golf Course enjoying the gorgeous evening and beautiful scenery. So pumped to shoot their wedding this July!
Spring is slowly coming into view! Aren't these two just the cutest? Jason & Brooke are getting ready to celebrate their 7th wedding anniversary. They still light up with joy when they look at one another and it is so sweet. What a treat to play in the sun with them!
What fun this couple is! We had a gorgeous evening at my favorite spot in Huntington. The light was golden and the smiles were in abundance. The love that these two share is the kind that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside when you are with them. Matt and Lauren have been married for two years now. I was honored to give them images to document this special season in their lives.
Monday night I got to play in a corn field with this lovely couple! Kelsi & Thomas love to have a good time and Cooper Family Farms in Milton, WV was the perfect playground for fall images! We had beautiful weather (the first time in days!) and we lucked out as the corn was still green. These two are perfect for each other and I had a great time capturing some sweet moments!
My Baby sister is married! I tell you what, post-wedding shoots are the way to go! Your guests aren't waiting on you, there is no stress, no strict schedule and you can relax and be in the moment. My favorite part of a post-wedding session? You get to time your images with the sunset! Check out the golden light in Savannah and Matt's images. So pretty! But not as pretty of course as the beautiful couple my sister and new brother-in-law make!
These two lovebirds met on the soccer field in high school. Now, several years later they are engaged! Maria & Seth are such a cute couple. I loved their idea to incorporate the field into their images. So much nostalgia!
